Your happiness is of utmost importance to us! Standing by our 30 Day Happiness Promise, we offer free returns and exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase delivery date.

How do I make a return?

  1. Email hello@freebirdees.com, within 30 days of delivery date according to USPS tracking, along with your order number and item of return.
  2. Our Free Birdees team will email you back, within 24-48 hours, with your free shipping label.
  3. Our poly mailers are 100% reusable and recyclable, so you can use the same bag to ship back to us!

*All return items must have the original tags and packaging, attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used or washed clothing.

*All Holiday items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 

 

How do I make an exchange?

  1. Email hello@freebirdees.com, within 30 days of delivery date according to USPS tracking, along with your order number. Please let us know what item(s) you want to return and what item(s) you would like to exchange them for.
  2. Our Free Birdees team will email you back, within 24-48 hours, with your free shipping label.
  3. Our poly mailers are 100% reusable and recyclable, so you can use the same bag to ship back to us!
  4. Once we receive your return in the mail, we will ship you back your replacement.

What happens if it has been over 30 days?

As long as the original tags and packaging are attached, we will still accept returns and exchanges up to 60 days of the delivery date according to USPS tracking. However, the shipping will no longer be on us.

What happens if it has been over 60 days?

We make small production batches in order to retain the exclusivity of Free Birdees. So our turn around is fast paced. For this reason, we don’t accept returns & exchanges past 60 days of the delivery date according to USPS tracking.

What if my return is a gift?

If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and was directly shipped to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, first, he/she will be refunded in the original payment.
