Your happiness is of utmost importance to us! Standing by our 30 Day Happiness Promise, we offer free returns and exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase delivery date.

  • ALL Sale Items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned.
  • Boxers and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Due to the high volume and demand, Pre-Sale and Pre-Order items cannot be cancelled or returned.  It can only be exchanged for sizing upon availability. 
  • Deposits on Holiday Pre-Orders are Non-Refundable. 

 

How do I make a return?

  1. Email hello@freebirdees.com, within 30 days of delivery date according to USPS/UPS tracking, along with your order number and item of return. Include in your email whether your items are unwashed, unworn, and still have tags attached. 
  2. Our Free Birdees team will email you back, within 24-48 hours, with your free shipping label. The return shipping label will only be effective for 10 days. After 10 days, a new return shipping label will not be issued.
  3. Our poly mailers are 100% reusable and recyclable, so you can use the same bag to ship back to us!

*All return items must have the original tags and packaging attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used or washed clothing.

* We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items in return shipments. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. 

* One shipping label is provided per order, with an exception to a defective item. We stand 100% behind our high quality products.

* Any Shipping Charges will not be refunded with a return. 

 

How do I make an exchange?

  3. Our poly mailers are 100% reusable and recyclable, so you can use the same bag to ship back to us!
  4. Once we receive your return in the mail, we will ship you back your replacement.

    What if my return is a gift?

    If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and was directly shipped to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return.

    If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, first, he/she will be refunded in the original payment.
